Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever — 1 database, up to 100,000 cloned rows, a weekly sync, one scheduled report and one alert. No credit card required.

How much does BeQuery cost?

Flat-rate plans are Starter €0, Pro €49/month, Business €149/month, Scale €349/month and Enterprise €699/month. BeQuery Cloud is pay-as-you-go: €29/month base plus €0.60 per 1M rows read and €0.025 per GB of storage, with spending caps.

What counts as a row?

Plan limits are based on the total number of rows cloned across all your tables (not per query). BeQuery Cloud usage is metered on rows read — but only by queries you run explicitly: the SQL editor, CSV exports and AI generate/translate. Insight dashboards, scheduled reports and alerts are included and never consume metered rows.

What happens if I hit a spending cap on Cloud?

You set a soft cap (a warning email, default €100) and a hard cap (default €500). At the hard cap, further metered usage is paused until you raise it — you're never billed past the cap by surprise.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel or downgrade at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
